Luxurious grand old hotel

This is a restored old Havana property. Food and service were excellent. Not the best maintained when it came to the bathroom in rooms and mold around air vent. Roof view incredible, but the pool is showing its age and doesn’t look well maintained. Great location.

My tour group stayed at the Saratoga for the last part of our Cuba trip for 3 nights (we had stayed at the Melia Cohiba for the first part.) The Saratoga is well located across the street from the Capital, and lots of things are walkable.

It is only oldie its architecture and beautifully restored, and everything is new for your stay. There is a large bathroom with a bathtub and standing shower and lots of amenities. Our stay was excellent; the bed, the wifi (although having to re-sign in each time was a pain), the buffet breakfast. Changing money at reception was easy.

The hotel is in the center of Havana and an easy walk from Old Havana and other attractions. The staff is friendly with their boca paila fly fishing tips, and the rooms are of a high standard. There is a rooftop pool with fantastic views. Services such as internet and wifi work well.

Nice hotel with excellent amenities, including a rooftop pool and bar. Enjoyed sitting and watching the city life below while sipping a Margarita. Rooms are nice and quiet although our room faced the inside courtyard bar below, so there was little privacy to open the curtains. Fantastic breakfast with a selection of everything you might want. Excellent service and friendly English speaking staff.

I stayed here recently and enjoyed the public spaces. The rooftop pool has a great sunset view of the city and a bar with drinks and food service. Central location so could walk to many of the places and attractions we wanted to see.

Capitol building right across the street. Internet worked, but you had to be at a spot in the room closer to the central courtyard restaurant for it to stay on and if you got kicked off a lengthy username and password was required which was annoying. I would recommend it for a stay in Havana.
