Another Relaxing Stay

We came here after a tour of 2 weeks through Cuba. So we saw a lot of hotels. A lot were old and a little dirty. But not this Melia. We upgrade to a level suite, and it was so worth the money. The room was beautiful, clean, and such a nice bed.

We had room 5110, and the view is fantastic! We had breakfast at the buffet restaurant, it was a lot! But lunch we had at the tex mex because it was so busy to get in the buffet, there was a line! Tex Mex lunch is super, so no complaints!! For dinner, we loved the international the most, excellent service and the food is so good!

The piano bar we didn’t like at all, it was super loud and a way to busy. But the level lounge with Louis to was so fun. Good company and incredible drinks and snacks!

Umberto at the beach is a treasure, even it is 40 degrees he is getting you a drink, makes sure your bed is without sand, and the people without level stays away.

One of the most amazing and friendly places of all the traveling I’ve done. The food, unlike many others, was great, lots of flavor and choices. The staff under Mario at the level couldn’t do enough for us to make our vacation everything we hoped for – thank you for the taxi tours in cozumel suggestions. From Louisito in the level cafe, Oscar in baggage at the door, to Louis in social media. They were all absolutely amazing, and couldn’t do enough for us.

America Plaza is close so you can go shopping there without taking a taxi or bus. Too bad the hotel doesn’t have a private beach only a public one that you share with the locals, it is deafening on weekends, and trash is everywhere. Apart from this negative point, the place is great to relax, and you get a very professional service.
